i have been a member since 2005 as a lender. When I login and go to the loan quote page there are no fields for residential status, yet I am faulted for not entering it.
When I try to get a loan quote when I am not logged in there are fields for residential status but I can't get the quote because it recognises me as a member and asks me to login!!!
*** is happening?

I tried to get a loan - it rejected me as I told it i only had income of 0. But it did not ask me for any residential status - it already had a current and a previous address for me - I didn't try to add any new addresses so perhaps its in there or perhaps they have fixed it now. If not I would send an email to Customer Services - contactus@zopa.com, they are usually pretty quick and very helpful.

Curiouser and curiouser...
...now when I attempt to log in I get as far as email and password and then the system says I already have an account and can't have two accounts - I only have ONE account. I've only had one account for ELEVEN years.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
email to CS has been sent.

A long shot but try clearing the browser cache and cookies for zopa perhaps.

Perhaps you managed to create a borrower account which conflicts with your lending account.
