Not sure whether someone is simply selling at 100 days, or if it isn't sign of a member digging deep to covet purchased, but saw a loan this morning that I hadn't seen before.....
PBL 006.
The Peterborough loan is very hard to catch as if literally skims the sm before going on its way, but 006 is one I have never seen glimpsed.

didn't used to be rare, had a partial r,epayment and extension a couple of months back, so a small loan with a very low LTV (15%) so, for many here one not to let go of in a hurry. Also worth noting is that it's on the old T&C's. HTH Brian

Also ( and it is why you have to read the particulars on these older loans... ) the LTV for PBL006 is actually 60% (it's a second charge).

I do have a good look, but have learned in a very short time on here to look very closely and not be seduced simply by supposed ltv and/or remaining time.

There's no longer such a thing as a truly rare loan part any more... back in January when I joined SS during a serious drought (no new loans at all for over a month, and then a tiny loan went live, and as I recall that was all for a couple more weeks), there were several loans for which the "investor activity" had transactions over a month old within the last 10 transactions (and if any of one of them appeared, you had at most a few seconds to react).
Looking at the transaction log for 006, it would seem that the most recent 10 transactions only take you as far back as yesterday - during the proper drought that would have been the characterstic of a relatively easy-to-acquire loan!

I mean as in able to grab it. Some loan parts are slippery little devils.
