I've just noticed SS address most emails to me as Dear R******* B*****
Deposit confirmation ones as Dear Mrs R******* B*****
BUT
Please resolve negative balance ones as Dear Mr R******* B*****
This seems an interesting bias to assuming it's more likely to be the male of the species who is negative.
Is this just me?!

My negative balance, deposit confirmations and withdrawal confirmations have a Mr prefix. All others don't have a prefix at all - none of them call me Mrs.

R Surely they have that the wrong way round.........most married households I know of, it's the ladies who hammer the credit cards on must have shoes and matching handbags the size of suitcases, while the gents silently sit back quietly biting their lips!!!

If you read the small print on SavingStreams site, you'll find that they reserve the right to reassign your gender if one falls into "Negative Balance" ;-)
