Yes, the reference was to shares. But why would you assume that if investors have enough money for a mortgage, they would jump into BTL? I can buy a few BTL properties but I prefer SS and the likes. I won't deal with leaking gutters or maintenance companies,irresponsible tenants,voids or estate agents.

There are some positives to a falling GBP.
Can't see any pitfalls in basing my investment plans on a 2 day sample of events!!
