Unstuck now. Thanks to who ever it was. Yeah! Me. Now I'm stuck! Sorry to hear that. Do we know how many loans are suffering from this?

I think it happens all the time when part loans get sold and the rest doesn't stay on view as available. I'm not too bothered as I didn't have much to sell; it'll clear soon (only £120). I'm off for a pint! Ah! The £120 has appeared as available now ... and ... GONE!

Hi guys, are you refering to sales not getting credited to your account after putting up parts of this loan for sale when you say getting stuck? As I have just put up £396 for sale which was added to a que of £24.96 (althought this 24.96 was not showing for sale) and some kind person has just bought my £396 but i'm still not credited with my money. Is this the kind of problem you are refering too?

(all at the same time) My part shown in selling (partly sold) The same loan not appearing in available loans If I click on the same loan's page it shows as fully funded. The same part removed from my loans Money not added to my funded loans or my available funds I think this summarises all my observations. savingstream

And I've got a part sold chunk gone missing . Again.
This *is* rather tiresome, isn't it?

Basically , you have to wait for an additional £24 approx to sell, on top of however much you actually want to sell, in order for it to show up correctly in your account. Irritating, confusing and unneccessary

Have my last £5 up for sale to clear -£5 on my account and it's been lost in the black hole for an hour now ....
I would ask SS to assist but I'm a sensitive soul and don't want to be invited to pack my bags!!
Anyone up for helping, bump me up the queue?

give it an hour or so - it will resolve on it's own (SS are aware of the issue)

I think DFL003 has caught a dose of the "SS selling bug" . I tried to sell £200 earlier and it seemed to sell ok, but then was not showing up in my transaction history. Then when I checked the selling queue it looked like there was £24.69 in the queue , but it wasn't actually available for sale. We've had this on a few other loans in recent months, with small amounts getting "stuck in the queue". I believe that any seller has to wait for his or her sale to go thru , followed by someone else selling a further minimum of £24.69 , before your own sale will show up in your transactions. Paul64 , could you ask one of your guys to "clear the queue" please ? - I know this has been done in the past. Thanks.

After signs this development had stalled (after SS noted they wanted to see the results @ Block C), SS have now confirmed that they are happy with the work the Borrower has undertaken on Block C and works have commenced on site. Also, as such, development loan facility for Block A is being considered Both block B & A have had activity on site in recent weeks (credit to reporting from Please turn me over)

Selling problem still exists. I put £300 up for sale, 91.8% sold but now nothing showing on available loans queue. This means the £300 is in limbo, not earning interest, cannot be cancelled and cannot be used to buy a different loan 😢

It boggles my mind to think that LfSS have known about this system error for months, have said their website developers have been working on fixing it for months, and yet the problem still exists. ISTM that either the people trying to solve the problem are incompetent -- or they aren't really giving the problem much attention.
