If pbl25 parts roll over, surely you could buy in that loan now, effectively getting an extra day or two interest? Or am I missing something? Not only interest, but also a larger slice than pre-funding is likely to provide, if wanted. Providing the loan definitely goes live..... I think I'll wait just to be on the safe side.

I've just had some confirmation that the indicated amount is the "initial amount to be sent", not the total, which is exactly what was suspected.
It seems this DFL carries slightly different rules than DFL1 & 2 (in regards to the indicated Loan Amount)...

And as if by magic, PBL25 SM disappeared It appears that only lenders who had loan parts for sale on the SM were credited for their loan parts, and not the full loan - other, new loan parts are appearing on the SM again. Still time for interested parties to up their pre-funding limit by buying into PBL025. Nobody has been credited, the loan is still running. SM cleared because people bought what was there or cancelled the sales.

Weird - the disappearance of availability of PBL025 happened almost instantaneously, and yet the most recent activity displays mainly smaller purchases. No, not that weird- they will have been sale cancellations not purchases.

Stud Accommodation - like that Yes; effectively there is only 1.271m to be funded (although it may be slightly larger as there may be some investors who have asked SS not to be rolled into this new loan).

Happy to see this rollover. My loan book looking very healthy and comfortable, particularly with the news of the Wolverhampton blocks rolling into a new loan.
