I get this error/banner 'The Loan Exchange is currently not available for this loan.'
for Loan id =67 (Storage Technology ......)
I thought it was temporary, but it has been shown to me for over one full month. I see no problems in the repayments of this loan.
What is it and why is it showing?
It basically stop me from selling parts on this loan.

Have you tried selling it anyway? I remember seeing this message before, perhaps for another loan, but I could still list it to sell. And it sold.

The loan parts are simply not showing, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to put them on sale.
I had the same in the past but with another loan and LC never explained the causes, but at the end addressed that one.
But a month is far too much. Come on LC. If you are not capable of running the Platform, close it down!!!!

Apologies if I misunderstand your enquiry, but when do you see the 'The Loan Exchange is currently not available for this loan.' message? It's commonly displayed in the company details when there're no parts listed on the LE, but do you get the MANAGE button on the right of the MY INVESTMENTS list?

Yes, for me it shows "The Loan Exchange is currently not available for this loan." but click on 'Manage' and there is the option to list it, so I don't think there is any real problem.

Ah yes, that has jolted my memory, that was indeed the scenario. Is that not your problem, hor? I too thought that there was a problem with a loan, but it was only that there was nothing currently for sale. It is a confusing message. True to form for LC however, where nothing much seems clear and straightforward.
