Hi timmy
Many thanks for the update. It is very helpful to see what is going on.
No sheep in the picture? I guess it is rather high up for grazing (and no grass) but the blimp could make an appearance.
Best wishes, SXLR

80.2% occupied and set to be 100% occupancy by Sept 2017. (According to developer on twitter.) I assume this refers to student rental agreements signed. Where is the sheep?

The poster on the perimeter fence was accidentally cut off the bottom. Now edited. I actually checked every window, I thought you had been sneaky and a hid a tiny Timmy in one.

View from the top as posted by the developer on twitter. (I'd rather see the building, especially as the webcam has been dead for several weeks.) It's behind you!
I'm no gardener (as Mrs. Twoheads knows) but I would say this shot was taken in spring time.

Trees in full leaf, bedding plants (likely frost-tender) in full bloom - I'd suggest June or later, could easily be last week

Also, no shadows... typical British summer day.

Further digression ......... Best for aerial photography apparently - so a gentleman who knocked on the door offering to flog me a (very nice) pic of my 'estate' said a few months back. Having shown him the ones I took (a mate has a pilot's licence - very handy), he departed.........

Actually, the tweet did say it was from taken this morning. And that tree in the left foreground looks like it might be a Horse Chestnut suffering from leaf miner disease, about the right amount of brownness for this time of year. There are a few 360° pictures by J******* L***** from J**y 2**6 which show a similar display of bedding plants.

Maybe stokeloans can swing by and give us an update and some photos of the site. Will do...and I'll check out the flowers in The Queens Gardens too for all you Percy Throwers There's been plenty of action on site every time I've driven past.

I seem to have a small partial repayment on this one.
Anyone else?

Assuming the one payment is all of it, then mine is 18.77% returned
