I've not received any sort of 'loan repayment' e-mail.
For all other repayments I have received Lendy's notification whether I'm in the loan or not.
I'm not in this one so, have they targeted the repayment e-mail to investors only in this loan or have they simply not got around to sending any e-mail (possibly no ready-made template available and nobody to write one...)?

More good news it would seem. LY really getting better on bringing in repayments on a regular basis and that's a big confidence booster to me.

Another repayment? I didn't get an email but then I sold out ages ago. Shame, you won't benefit from the bonus! Extract from the partial repayment email... Bonus accrual payments will be paid once 100% of the loan capital and outstanding interest has been repaid and only in the event of sufficient repayment being received

Does it mean as well that the promised extension is not coming anymore? That seems to be implied, as if a promised extension is agreed no bonus interest is paid. EDIT...latest weekly update confirms no extension and plan to repay " shortly".

Had a quick look today. From the main road the facade looks pretty complete in so far as all the windows are in.....however on going around the back....I'll let the pictures do the talking Wow, I didn't realise how far from finishing they were, very surprised they are not going for an extension, demand must be high to be sure of repaying soon! I'll enjoy the bonus while it lasts.

It does look to be some way off completion but if they've sold all the units off plan I suppose that's irrelevant

Almost completely out of this loan now, if not for the mystery £1.87 that is 'stuck' and preventing my final loan part from being completely sold. I'm sure this bug has been around for months now...any chance of it being fixed??
