Could I have an option to turn off the animations on the status page? Dave Do you mean the charts filling up with colour, when you load your dashboard page?

Thanks Dave I'm not sure where the problem is, my broadband where I live is about the same speed as dial up, I regularly look behind the modem to see if the hamster is asleep, and I have no issues with pages loading on Bondmason, I would go as far as saying it is one of the simplest P2P pages I use

But, to me, they are simply gratuitous animations for static information. (they looked pretty the first couple of times I logged in, but then became irritating to me) Dave

I see a new message at sign on stating that the new diversification process is underway and I am now 95% invested - congrats on rolling this out the door promptly!
So much for putting money in and growing it - now, about taking profits out.
At the moment, I only see simple On/OFF options for 'Automatically Reinvest' and 'Automatic Invest'.
ideally, one would want to leave the latter always on - but a bit more flexibility is needed for the reinvest option.
Might I suggest 'All' and 'Capital Only' choices so one can start drawing an income, while leaving capital to be reinvested?
I assume this would need something like a holding account for returned funds, and then extracting that on a monthly basis (automatically would be great).
This would certainly entice me to put substantially more funds on the platform and would match the reinvestment flexibility of other platforms, but with far less manual input required - which seems to be very much the Bondmason ethos.
I'm fairly happy with diversification now - especially with the new changes. Once one's holding increases, however, what will happen at the transition point?
i.e., will the first 10K be subject to the increased diversification algorithm and the remainder treated with larger chunks? Or will the entire account then be subject to larger chunks and slower to invest.

On my 200Mbit connection it takes but a moment for the total balance to count up - and the colour fill is pretty much instant; I quite like the animation, it is rather fun, but I guess those with carrier-pigeon internet service would appreciate a toggle. Only time I see any significant issue is when in remote parts with crappy cellular coverage and I can put up with that .... Other thought: summary page lists the last five investments, now that you've sped things up and there will likely be a lot more smaller investments, how about 'today', 'last 5', 'last 10' and 'this week' options?

dave - please excuse our animation embellishment. I hope it doesn't prove too off-putting. Thank you for the feedback though. dermot - thank you for the various suggestions. To try to capture your questions: "[as I invest £10k+] will the entire account then be subject to larger chunks and slower to invest" - It depends more on the increment you invest each time. If you are investing £1,000 amounts each time; then they should be invested in 1-4 days. If you invest £10,000 at a time then it will take a little longer to get fully allocated, say 1-2 weeks, but this should be faster than invest 10 x £1,000 chunks. If you invest £25-50k+, then it could take the usual 3-4 weeks. " summary page lists the last five investments, now that you've sped things up and there will likely be a lot more smaller investments, how about 'today', 'last 5', 'last 10' and 'this week' options" - I really like this. We need to balance against loading speed; but I think this is a great idea - or at least give you the flexibility to sort / choose etc. " so one can start drawing an income, while leaving capital to be reinvested" - this is already on the list! A pension investor wanted this so that they can draw an income. We're not sure when it'll fit into our development pipeline, but we'd certainly like to be able to offer it.

stevefindlay I find it that off-putting that I am putting in another 1K of 'dead' cash from AC/TC next week, and approx 15k when my current ISA matures next month Dave

Oh how I wish you were FCA regulated. I hope this happens soon for you as even though FCA regulation probably isn't worth the pen it is signed with, it sure would make me feel a little less uneasy about plonking money down.

I bet we wish we were FCA-regulated more than you do! Latest status: we submitted responses to queries from Case Officer as part of their legal team's review, c.2 weeks ago. We are waiting for next set of questions / step in process...

I would like to be able to sort the investment list by any column, not just the ones currently available. And/or I would like to be able to download the list, so that I can sort it myself.
