paul123 - sorry for the fright! Oversight on our part. Wondered why we had a surprisingly high open rate on our normal newsletter email...

Trivial point but on the registration page where you can select 'Custom' for 'Capital Deployment Settings', under 'Concentration' you've misspelt 'your' as "yor".

stevefindlay I am getting seriously fed up with your frequent pestering emails "BondMason account information. We have yet to receive your opening investment." to the point I'm now more likely to ask you to close the account to hopefully stop the emails than send you any money. Hard sell tactics doesn't work with me, it is a major turn off.

I may just be being a plank but ............... ........... can't see/find any link on site leading to the getting of a Tax Statement ? Assuming there isn't one (yet?) - stevefindlay - are there any plans to make Tax Statements available to investors in the future? Obviously no rush just yet !

Hard sell tactics doesn't work with me, it is a major turn off. I believe the current set-up sends 4-5 reminder emails over the first 60 days for a new account, who hasn't yet wired funds. All emails should have an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom, which will stop you from receiving any further emails - please let me know if not.

As paul123 notes; all clients get an automated tax statement the day after year end. If you need statements for other period (e.g. if you have invested through a Company); then please drop us a line and we can help provide the information you require. We do plan to build the flexible tax reporting widget; but it's not a priority right now.

I can't immediately see a way to withdraw a cash lump sum (e.g. from uninvested money or accumulated interest payments sitting in the account) if required.

I can't immediately see a way to withdraw a cash lump sum (e.g. from uninvested money or accumulated interest payments sitting in the account) if required. Underneath your main balance number (top left corner of dashboard) please click the grey "Withdraw" button. This will lead you to the correct page to liquidate or withdraw funds.

Im really pleased with Bondmason so far however I feel one really needed improvement is faster bank payments. Can we get a quicker bank input/output please?

I moved a couple of hundred in yesterday mid-afternoon but still not showing in my account. Any thoughts on getting your cash input speed a bit faster stevefindlay ? I'm fairly sure it is not my bank, as transfers to - eg - Collateral generally go across in 5 minutes or so - though some other platforms are slower.
