Just want to check, if I hold say £500 of 122 and I would like £200 more when it goes to 167. Should I set prefund to £700 ? Or is the £500 going direct into 167 there fore need prefund set to £200? Getting confused in my old age. No rollover, so one will repay and you get your pre-fund in the new loan So pre-fund £700 Thanks very much C_D

Paul64 - what's happening with PBL167 ? Is it going live today ? Last we received was an email on Wednesday, saying it would go live on Thursday. Obviously that never materialised, and since then ........... nothing ? Could we have a very simple one line update, please ? If it's going to be delayed into the weekend or next week, could we be informed asap , please, in order to allow lenders to mobilise funds as necessary ? Thanks

The legal due diligence is in its final stage on PBL167. We are expecting this loan to go live over the next couple of days.

Paul64 any update on this? Got cash sitting on account uninvested. As has been pointed out on another thread; You would have thought so.
My guess is that it (PBL084) will probably be extended when PBL166 is actually drawn down.
Surprised not posted already but the Lendy update for PBL084 is: It looks like PBL084 will be revised to 180 days plus. When it does, then in all probability, it will 'fly off' the secondary market... Currently quite a bit left, £80K+. You could do no better than rest it there for a few days, before selling to finance this new loan.

Right now there are a number of good opportunities, both current and coming this weekend.
If there were investor mood, confidence and satisfaction surveys carried out every month, I suspect this month's result would show a marked increase on the previous month.
Lendy and Paul bashing is commonplace on here but give credit where it's due.

Agreed. When they miss a next day go live time, it looks like it was rushed at best or a DD oversight at worst. Why not just wait until all the DD etc is finished and then announce the go live date? This would not hold up going live by more than one day but would avoid failed go lives.

Paul wrote yesterday PM - "We are expecting this loan to go live over the next couple of days."
It hasn't gone live today (yet) so maybe we can expect some action tomorrow?
Have loans gone live on a Sunday before?
If it doesn't go live tomorrow, that will be the 3rd go live date this one will have missed.

Sundays have happened before although a couple of days sounded imprecise enough to roll into Monday.
The reason the loans are teed up a bit beforehand is to allow lenders to arrange finance and then typically drawdown to the borrower once every i of the legals has been dotted.
As we don't get to know the finer details we're somewhat left in the dark (pressing F5).

I think Paul said some last bits of the legal process needed to be ironed out, and so imo that sort of fine tuning would have to take place on a weekday, when the lawyers are behind their desks

I'm sure a suitable fee could be arranged, key audit work didn't stop for weekends . Edit - x'd with lendinglawyer

Did anyone hear anything official regarding Monday's further non-drawdown?
