It's just a few weeks now until the first property reaches the end of its term (I'm not in this one myself, i have to wait until Feb 2017, but I will be monitoring the earlier ones with great interest.) We will then start to get a feel for PM's performance. I think many/most investors in PM share my view that it is best viewed as a vehicle for investing in a large portfolio of BTLs without the need for a huge capital sum and without all the hassle. So far my own investment has been relatively modest, not enough to buy even the cheapest BTL on my own. But I have a much larger sum looking for a home if PM prove to be good at the job.
