We are now at 99% invested across the platform, so it should be faster-than-usual allocations over the next couple of weeks. Please remember: diversified lending should be seen as a 12-18 month asset class; so the speed of initial investment shouldn't be the biggest determinant of success. Added funds 7 days ago, none invested so far. I expected at least a small proportion to be invested by now. Previously, I had 30% invested on the same day as funds arrived. Is there any way of finding what is my position in the queue?

I wonder if the recent emails encouraging lenders to tell their friends about Bondmason or the other on how to make a deposit are having an impact on funds awaiting investment on the platform?

I receive no e-mails since T&C change, which is strange. I stopped investing, but I still had my account opened with some change left in my "cash in bank" all this time. I thought I would still get some generic updates. I think it would be more responsible strategy if BM warned lenders not to import any new cash when investment queue is too high. Zopa stopped accepting when there was significant misbalance. Also GS recently recommended lenders not to import new money for the time being.

Please can you send your account to details - strange (but not impossible) that you've not received any new loans in the last week or so. We are running at higher-than-usual investment levels. We only tend to send out marketing email shits if investment deployment rates are string across the board.

I haven't laughed as hard for as long as I can remember. #mademyday Thank you

I think you may be comparing apples with chickens in some of your analogies df. Not a user of the platforms you mention but have been watching on the forum for some time. I can also understand Bondmason not sending general messages out to people that have not got an active account. The reasoning behind the £5k minimum was clear so why reverse it now for the none active? This assumes your holding to be less than the minimum df.

Apologies for my slow replies here.
Pleased to hear that you had your problem sorted by the team quickly when you called. That is the best way to get our attention: call or email.
Separately, please excuse my typo above 'marketing email sh*ts' instead of 'shots'. I don't think I've ever been that funny before...and unlikely will be again. Shame it was completely unintentional.

I deposited £5,000 nearly 8 weeks ago but I've still only managed to be 47% invested in this time? I know the average is 28 days but I'm on 54 days and not even halfway. My rates of return is 4.06%, Why is there a delay at becoming invested?
Thanks Keith
