Hi everyone. I often read but rarely contribute.
I would like to thank cooling_dude for all his contributions to this forum.
I asked a few questions in the past, some other members gave me the usual “that’s been asked before, go search for it”, the dude just answered my enquirers with no fuss.
When discussing noobs asking dumb questions The dude once said - “that sometimes people just want to take part in the forum”. I feel this is a very kind sentiment.
So I don’t just want to thank him for his excellent technical contributions, but also for taking the time to help noobs like me.
There are also a small group of regular posters on this site who also contribute to making this an excellent forum. I am not going to name them all, but I would like to thank you all too.
When you look at the list of sites on the main page SS usually has the most viewers at any given time. I think this is because of the dude and the regular posters.
So keep up the good work everyone, and thanks again.

I have to echo this too. I've only been investing in P2P for a short time and found this place after seeing the amount of dissatisfaction amongst investors on the FC forum which was where I had my initial dabble into P2P, getting itchy feet I began looking for other possible places to invest and while looking for reviews on different sites I found myself here. I'm now using 7 different platforms and have totally re-thought my investment strategy, this has been partly influenced by the information and opinions shared on this forum as a whole. I've found lots of helpful information as a result of the many contributors on these pages which has helped me make what would otherwise be uneducated and possibly costly decisions, and i've absolutely no doubt I am better off for it. So I would like to join micro2 and offer a big THANK YOU to you all! |

Seems to me that the're not interested in the small investors really, or at least not giving them any encouragement.

If you mean Faintly Concerned, then I think the correct statement is that they are no longer interested in active small investors. They want institutions, or passive autobiddies (regardless of what they say).
