Hi, today weird thing happened during deposit of my money to Mintos (I already deposited about ten times before without any problems).
Yesterday I received notification from TransferWise that payment was proceed and sent to Mintos. Today instead of crediting my account I received email from someone from Mintos that they need PDF confirmation from Transferwise
So I sent them this report today morning. Although I'm not sure why they need it and I think it's my private thing. I also asked them why they need it. Unfortunately without any response and without processing my deposit.
Is this some kind of new routine or should I expect any problems? Should I be worried?

Was just about to set up a deposit to Mintos via Transferwise but the latter gave me the following stauts message "We cannot currently accept payments to this recipient"
A comment from Mintos would be appropriate.

This issue has been reported by a number of investors. We will check with TransferWise what's the problem and report as soon as possible.

Thanks for reply and confirmation that this isn't problem on my side. I also already contacted Transferwise and they replied me following:
So it seems that this is not problem on TransferWise side. Please check it and keep us informed.
Also would be great to know where are my money now because my transfer was obviously correctly proceed by Transferwise but not received by you. And last question, why your colleague Elmars asked me for PDF report from Transferwise. So obviously he saw my payment but it wasn't credited to my account.

This issue has been reported by a number of investors. We will check with TransferWise what's the problem and report as soon as possible. Just received one more answer from TransferWise together with PDF report showing exact transaction info where my money was transfered from their service to Mintos account. So it's definitely problem on Mintos side. In case of need I can provide this PDF report

We ask for PDF confirmation in case Transferwise does not send complete details of the payment sender. That happens occasionally. If we have asked for PDF confirmation then we have received the payment on our bank account, we just cannot identify it properly.

Thanks for reply. I already received reply also from someone from your team via email and my deposit was correctly proceed to my account. Because I already deposited about 10 times without problems (and also other Czech users confirmed this issue) I didn't know what is happening.

We checked with Transferwise and apparently there were issues with sending the money to our IBAN, however according to their records everything is resolved by now. We apologise for any inconveniences even though it was a problem on Transferwise side.
