This time last year:
• We had more liquidity than the average rain forest
• Good job we still had a boat
• We lived in the Wild West where fastest finger ruled
• PBL50 was the newest kid on the block
• SS had 4151 investors and a live loan book of £36M
• The live system was known to shake, rock and roll
• cooling_dude had yet to join the forum
• cooling_dude had yet to take his "sabbatical" (sorry, mate - we love you!)
• SS had been voted MVP, with 50% more votes than 2nd place (MT)
• We were still happy members of the EU (grr…)
• I had just received my 1st monthly interest: £120
• I had 3 loans: PBLs 33, 35 and 40*
Today:
Thank you to the mods for their stewardship, to all contributors for your fantastic contributions, to SS (and other platforms) for a great business and to the industry for its disruption. I can't say I'm looking forward to my first default (none in view at the moment) but it will come. P2P has made a valuable contribution to my pension and I couldn't have done it without you all.
