As it is almost impossible to reinvest through the MLIA, it is annoying to have to check my account every day so as to withdraw repayments which are earning low interest in the QAA at best. The security questions make logging in a slow process.
Could we please receive an email when a loan is fully repaid? This would save us wasting our time.

It's on a list of 200 or so small tasks to be done. I can't promise a timeframe unfortunately as we are undertaking some big improvements to the systems at present.

The security questions make logging in a slow process. Agreed. In the meantime consider changing your answers to the security questions. instead of what school did you attend. Old Answer= Wxxxxxxx Sxxxxxxx Sxxxxx Change answer to= ws thats what i did.

Mine are one letter but still annoying for someone with poor eyesight who logs in nearly everywhere else automatically with a password manager and unique strong passwords.

I got an email about a loan being paid back in full today though, so the ask for the above is answered at least.

Wish I received an email.. just noticed had a loan paid back today, lucky I checked as I can go for a long time without checking....
so check your account today if you are in xxxx xxxx xxx loan. ;-0

So near and yet so far.  Shame really, as I'm effectively complaining about getting my money back with interest paid etc, which I should be congratulating AC on.
