We have a 5 star rating from Defaqto. See here linkCongratulations, I think it is well deserved. However, regarding the Defaqto system, I can't see much in the way of justification for the ratings and out of interest I looked up my current and previous SIPP providers. My previous one is rated 5 star but my experience was that their systems and services were bureacratic, web site limited and unfriendly, and investment choices and tools restricted. My current one is rated 2 star but my experience is that their systems and services are professional and efficient, web site sophisticated and easy to use, and extensive investment choices and tools.

Looking at the site, it appears that they make there awards mainly on what is offered........however, it's all a bit meaningless if in reality the actual service is poor

Are you suggesting our service is poor? No, it was just a general comment that could be said about a lot of those type of websites......... however,now I have your attention, there does seem to be more unanswered queries here than usual.
