Hi everyone, I have tried to access SS site this evening using my normal credentials only to find that I was unable too. After several unsuccessful attempts I decided to try resetting my password to which SS site stated that the change of password had been updated successfuly, however I am still not able to access the site and now I have tried resetting my password umteen times with no success even though SS site says that each password update has been successful. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so how did you resolve it please? I have tried to phone SS only they are closed.

Try clearing your cookies or trying a different browser; somebody had the same problem before and this solved their problem.

Thanks CD. I kinda anticipated an answer from you!  I did go one better actually and used my laptop instead but have still had no success. I am now a little nervous as i'm not sure what damage a possible hacker could do with my account and even more concerned that I will have to wait till Monday to find out. oh dear  |

I am now a little nervous as i'm not sure what damage a possible hacker could do with my account and even more concerned that I will have to wait till Monday to find out. oh dear Okay; first off don't worry. It's unlikely to be anything to do with a hacker; if the SS website said that password had been updated successfully then your account is safe. Send savingstream a message now; they do work Saturdays so should respond tomorrow. Sometimes these things can be obvious. Such as CAPS lock or a dodgy key. Take step back, take a breath and try again (reset password and try to login).
