Hi All,
I assume that I have done something wrong, but haven't been able to find anything to help on either this forum or the Ablrate help pages.
I'm fairly new to Ablrate and making my first foray into the SM. I've been able to enter a bid on the SM, but when I look at the SM page my offer doesn't seem to be showing up. It should show up, as it's the best bid, but doesn't. Then when I click to buy or sell the loan on which I've made the bid, I can see my bid, but it's in a lighter colour than the other bids. Do my bids show up in a different colour than everyone else's?
The bid appears to be there when I look at my dashboard and it's also showing on my active bids and offers page correctly.
Is this how the SM is supposed to work?
Thanks!

Your own bids are greyed out but will look normal to other users. It's a reminder that you can't sell to your own bid.

Oh and the Secondary Market overview page doesn't show your own bids and offers for the same reason.

There is an 'active bids and offers' tab on the dashboard, which should confirm your position.

Thanks for the info ablrateandy and blender. I suspected that one's own bids were shown in a different colour, but hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere. I just didn't want to find out a few months from now that I had been doing something incorrectly and that was the reason that none of my bids had been accepted. Thanks again for the amazingly quick response ablrateandy, and on a Saturday evening too!
