And it's a farewell from me too. This platform is responsible for my only capital losses in P2P in the seven years I have been investing. Even FC's updates on defaults were a bit better than FS in my opinion, and their recoveries very much better (to date). The lack of communication is incredible.

I know these things move slowly, but this is getting silly. In this case I am suspecting that no news is bad news.

I contacted likita on wedneday asking where was the promissed update she said it would be out that night, then thursday same reply ,isuggested that investers were being treated with contempt she agreed. Friday came same reply will be out over weekend. Its now monday what also concerns me is that FS were concerned about the charges the recievers were making in a previous update, this loan has gone from a ( we are calling in recievers to protect investers position to carte blanche for recievers to rip us off FS please reply)

Regardless, this is yet another loan that we urgently need updating. Unlike our ridiculous hole in the wall fiasco, I have proper money in this one.

After studying the report I have come to the conclusion that recovery will be somewhere in the range 0 - 100% I removed my post on the update, something I was already considering when another member also suggested it was a bit too informative. I agreed. Besides, we know nothing of any use because although some ideas of costs have been provided, absolutely nothing regarding a potential sale price in it's current unfinished condition. I'm also left wondering if this turbine is the only possible source of funds for lenders.

The only real value lies in the ability to capitalise on the generation contract. So the only hope - and this is surely driving FS - is for someone to take on the 'nearly completed' turbine as is.
Fortunately, this will appeal to any alternative energy business looking to extend its holdings with minimal effort, hence the interest shown.
