If selling this morning check your transactions.
When i attempted to sell a small loan to clear a - balance the sale stalled.
The sale did not attached to the sell queue and stuck in my for sale account.
I am unable to cancel sale as red box which says not enough £.
Loan is Hull PBL054.
Have emailed them.

Exactly the same problem here.
I have £100 up for sale but there is no sign of the hull loan on the secondary market and it will also not let me cancel the sale
Looks like a bug.
Can someone look into this please.

Similarly had issues with B******* H**** Loan - only small amounts - seemed to have been resolved in the overnight runs

Not the first time - quite a long-standing issue I believe.
Happened to me last week too ......... SS response via email is that they were aware of some issues and were looking into it .........
Be sure to email SS - this one needs sorting out

Is anyone else having this problem. I can open main pages on the SS site but the drop-down options aren't working. I.e. I can view my loans but can't open each individually or look at the loan parts I am selling. I can look at all loans for sale but can't open pending loans.
Im using iPad. Never been a problem before. Issue started yesterday.
Will email SS but wondered if others are experiencing the same. Definitely not a fault on the iPad as all other sites I access are operating fine.

I have tried to replicate this problem but the site is working fine on my iPad. I don't have any loans for sale though, so I haven't checked the operation of that feature, but all details and documents of pipeline loans are fully accessible.

Firefox, IE and Chrome all working fine. I don't have any crapple devices so could be crapple specific? Edit: Maybe not, seems to be working on justdabbling 's crapple....

just checked on mine for you and working fine here. ipad 2.
try the old switch it off...

Yes, the drop down on the left under my name. Really strange. Has worked fine since joining SS last October. Now when I try I just get a green line beneath it and nothing happens. I've tried a re-boot. The same. have emailed SS but no response as yet. logged in to account on a desktop and works fine. All other websites operating fine on my iPad. A mystery.

Just got up, tried again and problem rectified. Maybe SS were able to refresh my account page from their end. No response from my email however I will hold on to that positive thought.

Interesting that you mention the name. My name appears on my desktop but on my iPad it is just shown as 'NONE', which I have taken to be to protect my identity on the mobile device. If that is a glitch I'd like to keep it.
