Hello. If you have not yet noticed we have new dashboard view. The new view is based on the feedback we received and pages most used by our investors. Here you can see a short overview: www.bondora.com/blog/starting-today-youre-going-see-new-look-investor-dashboard/If you have any ideas how to improve the site, please do let me know. We are planning to make the stats numbers customizable, so you can either add or remove some from the first panel. What you think?

The first thing that came to my mind when I saw the new dashboard was how overloaded it is. The dashboard as I understand it should show at a glance all necessary information for the investor. This is not the case here. the account statement is hardly readable or usable. No need to be on the frontpage. For example when I get hundreds of entries in 24hrs, your box does not even show them. Why do you show expected growth over time? This is not an info that I need to see every time. Risk-Return Stategy: Again, not necessary to on the front page as I can set it up in the protfolio manager where you listed the same information again. expected distribution: Does not change whatever I do. Not necessary. latest Blogpost: also not what is necessary to see everytime. I fet an E-Mail from you when a new post is available.
For me the new design is a failure but as I said maybe I am the only one. Sorry.

Thanks for the feedback yacop! Is there anything specific you would like to see on the first page you log in? Thanks. Best, Martha

I should like to see a more realistic figure shown as Net Profit on the opening page without having to access the more obscure regions of the web site. I consider it to be misleading for loans which defaulted years ago with no sign of any repayment to be included as profit, when Bondora must surely realise that many of those will never be repaid. I know that it is possible to manipulate the figures using tools available, but that is hardly obvious to new investors or anyone without lots of spare time to explore the site.

I think there is too much eye candy.
If you want it to be a real dashboard, get rid of the 'distribution of loans' pie-chart and the 'portfolio growth over time'.
Oliver is hardly eye candy, but get rid of him too.
I have great respect for yacop, but I cannot agree to getting rid of the account statement. I want to have a quick overview as to what has changed, especially when unexpected payments come in. Of course, on busy days I'll have too look at the accounts page.

How often does an investor switch the PM? A landing page has to show a low number of important information at a short glance, it has to load very quick and to show static links to more pages. Not everyone has a 28` monitor and 100MBit internet. So, no, no good or usable design.

Of course, on busy days I'll have too look at the accounts page. It would be good to have the account statement (at least 24hrs) available but I assume that it uses a lot of bandwith and causes the dashboard to slow down. That is why I want to have it removed.

Your assumptions seem very unlikely to be correct. Bandwidth is likely to be less than a medium sized picture and I assume that the database structure has already been optimised to produce the statement quickly during some work that was done a year or two ago that removed it as a performance issue for the site's servers. As a principle it is also good to say what is desired and let the site developers work out what is or is not practical. But it is useful to say "I want x but if it's too slow y is ok". I don't personally care whether it's on the dashboard page, I do care about more than 24 hours being available easily somewhere.

Hi, guys!
Thanks for the feedback! I do understand your concerns and will see if there is anything we can do.
in terms of selecting the date for the account statement - you can define the dates in the report. Or this is not a suitable option?
Thanks!

in terms of selecting the date for the account statement - you can define the dates in the report. Or this is not a suitable option? If someone wants to wait for a downloadable statement it's OK. But that's not what I normally ant to do and it lacks the links to the loan details. I used to use the online version regularly but having to check twice a day every day to avoid missing things became too inconvenient. I always immediately looked at the loan details for every transaction to check overall state of the loan and that's a good deal more difficult with the offline report version. My main reason for checking was to update the status on my late and defaulted loans based on what has happened to them. But it was also good to see the majority of loans just repaying on time every month - good for morale. Secondary reason was to make decisions about secondary market transactions. For this use it is unfortunate that the on time/late/defaulted/repaid/whatever status after a loan payment isn't shown. One problem on the dashboard is the amounts being displayed like "1,234.1..." for account value and "12,345..." for net profit instead of the full number. A good recent experience was the Transferwise online withdrawing and my not having a current passport (expired) was also handled well. Always very important to trust that withdrawing works well so good to see that this seems to be working well with the much nicer integration with Transferwise.
