hi all
i did a bank transfer yesterday afternoon to my ac account, my account still doesnt show the cash, is this normal or are ac not at work today

No it is not normal. I made a bank transfer this morning and AC acknowledged it within two hours.
Check your QAA cash account. My deposit went straight into that as a cash deposit, then I had to fiddle and far faff about moving it into the MLIA part of my QAA to make it available for investment.
