What am I missing?! The valuation says £575k but they appear to be borrowing to buy out cousin who has a one third interest and are proposing paying him £300k. My maths doesn't make 575/3 = 300....?

The 300k is a red herring - AC Credit reports are always littered with 'em. it's a game they play to see if you can find the relevant stuff among the rubbish. But what about the LTV? Two figures quoted and both wrong. I think they are getting in students to do these reports on the cheap.
