Just under a month ago, I scheduled a withdrawal from my 30DAA so I'd have a bit of cash for upcoming loans.
Imagine my surprise when I checked today to see on which day it comes out (since there are several new loans upcoming) and discovered that I no longer had a withdrawal queued.
I'd checked a few days ago, and still had a withdrawal queued, but that was using my phone, with its tiny screen. Either there has been an AC problem, or I'd cancelled the request by mistake.
I re-enabled the request today and then checked the queue (and it is for 30 days away, of course, far too late) and hit cancel - it cancels immediately, without a confirmation box.
Everything else comes up with a 'do you mean that?' confirmation box - even moving a few pence from Cash account to MLIA or GBBA gives me that option - and they are reversible anyway, yet the one instruction that locks you in for 30 days has no check against fat finger problems.
By the time the 30 day straitjacket expires, we'll probably be in another drought with no new loans on the table ...
Any chance of getting this changed so it is in line with other instructions?

Methinks this needs a bump to the top of the page like, my thread about default interest.........it appears to me that AC are becoming a bit lethargic in responding here to issues that need addressing

Well I did get the cash back yesterday morning, a month after I'd wanted it. I put a bit into other investment accounts in the expectation of the promised new loans and scheduled a withdrawal for the rest, which I hope should be in my bank today.
On the other hand, I never did get a response from my# email to AC about this. Or, indeed, to my email several months previously about some odd behaviour I'd spotted on my accrued interest.

Every time I cancel a withdrawal request from 30D, I get a confirmation box to tick. Perhaps I'm just lucky.

Hmm, perhaps it has been fixed, there was certainly no confirm box when I posted my original message a month back, as I checked at least once. Where you using a phone/tablet or a full browser on a computer?
