marthaskirta may I suggest that you stop creating new topics for marketing. If you want to do this type of posting in the forum you could add a new post to an existing topic to avoid filling the forum with what must appear to many people as spam.

The Mods are happy for platform reps to share general lender updates via the forum, either directly or via external links, provided that they comply with general forum rules. It would indeed make sense for regular updates to be shared via a new post added to an existing discussion thread, rather than as a new thread each time.
