Anaerobic Digestion Plant loan #160 has just been drawn, for the moment there is £750k on the (after)market. If, as expected, it is eligible for the GEIA, it may take a while before all the rebalancing is done and the residual amount remaining is clear.

What happened at "7th Apr 2015 at 17:40" today? Something big happened, I suddenly saw about 100x the activity I would normally expect. Was it that funds were released from Stourbridge or some other big loan completed?

Possibly you observed the fallout of this p2pindependentforum.com/thread/2481/on-aftermarket which looks like a temporary IT problem.

I don't think it was just removal of the aftermarket for an hour an hour or so (or however long it was) - the activity kept going for about an hour. Perhaps Chris tweaked the GEIA algorithm again which caused a great shift in the Cumbrian AD plant which in turn meant lots of people sold other stuff which I then picked up - but I'm only guessing.

#169 SP L2L due to drawdown Friday at latest.
Edit:#164 S******* Development also looks imminent
Anyone with targets on #163 P**** P***** might want to check latest update as loan structure has changed from lending to company to lending to buyout team & changes to security

Seriously though, volume and numbers per month on TC are going through the roof. Trouble is only about half are filling (and some of those need considerable help from the underwriters)

Yes but it is still a stark contrast to being so offered no new live loans at all.

It is a problem for me in that I have been with TC for a while but now want to diversify across platforms but nothing much available outside of TC!
I too cancelled my interest in #163

I too cancelled my interest in #163 You can set targets on older loans at AC, and the system will buy bits for you as they become available on the secondary market. I've built up a portfolio of wind turbine and buy to let loans that way. But it does depend on your desired scale of investment - if you're wanting to invests hundreds of thousands, you might consider investing at a rate of tens to hundreds of pounds per week as not worth your while.

I've built up a portfolio of wind turbine and buy to let loans that way. Yep I've targeted some old loans but, as you say, building a portfolio in the tens of k's will be a slowish process. To be fair though, this is only limited by one's risk appetite...
