London Retail has been drawn, £461,735 is now on the AM I guess there's no rush to buy. These will be around for a while.

I guess there's no rush to buy. These will be around for a while. That's a good thing because my AI is set to buy and and so far it's bought exactly £20 and nothing more despite my target being many times that. Is chris experimenting again? No experiment, can you PM me the email address you use on your account so that I can look into this bug.

Auto Invest will not bid out funds that are promised in a prebid. So in paul123's case whilst he has funds in his account he has pre-bids in another auction that more than use up those funds. So AI dutifully sits there thinking those funds have already been allocated. We're making some changes soon that will help with this but for now this is how the system handles things. Does that explain the issues?

Thanks Chris. That make perfect sense in retrospect. I'm afraid I find it a little difficult to keep up with all that's happening around here and my scattergun approach to investing is not helping either! I sold two £20 units on the AM, so that one might be mine. AI sold them immediately, either there are more lenders in your situation or there are lenders who want to invest in sub £100's.

If I remember correctly, the other (£600k) Manc loan should draw down today?

We should have the wind deal drawing and the Manc loan. At the end of next week there should only be two loans that are from before May that are still to draw. Big in roads and I hope end of June we will be in an even better position.
My heart felt thanks to you all for your patience. I've said before we could rush these things, but I'd rather get them right and protect your investment.

The question being which Manc loan, the Man Prop or Manc Bridge 2. Since I am flush with cash from the original Manc Bridge, I'm guessing its Manc Bridge 2

Scottish property has taken two months so far, and a couple of others at six weeks, but assume no shadow bids called in so they are unlikely to draw down this week. Looking forward to getting a shadow account! Still, no lender has lost any money so far, which does rank higher.

Ah well, the key word used by AH is, 'Should' it's a legal term that the Open University have a great explanation for on there web-site as...

Which Manchester loan has drawn down ? I have shadow bids on Manchester Comm***** Prop*** but have not received email requiring them to be covered. First time with shadow account so I'm trying to keep an eye out: always risk of junk mail status getting in the way. Use of loan ids would help in posts: the one I'm referring to is 96.

The Manchester Bridge, which was going to be drawn down quickly since it was in effect an extension of an earlier loan.

AC showing its Manchester centric view of the world with a tad too many parallel Mancs loans........
