So...how is the progress going on resolving the final parts that are holding up the completion of the deal that was hoped to be resolved by the end of Friday/beginning of this week? Lendy Support

A moment of excitement there when a Lendy email popped up, but just another invitation to throw money at the platform. Not a cent Lendy, not until I see what's happening with this loan.

Same as a lot of investors not a cent until this loan starts to pay back, would not trust a valuation, IMS report and most of all anything that Lendy promises , just want a result.
Can see nowt getting funded, pull your finger out and give us something not a promise, but a financial return.

Same here; not funding anything else on LY until promises get delivered. Interest and any funds from maturing loans will be withdrawn.

I think we all have a special place in our hearts for the first time we crossed the Lendy Rubicon.
I remember mine. It was Christmas. In April, I had been told that a loan would repay "within the month". Over the Summer, I had been told that the same loan was due to repay "imminently", several times. I was then advised in October that it was due to refinance in November and that even if that didn't happen there were "2 buyers waiting in the wings". By Christmas Eve, it was clear that in fact the borrower was finding re-financing rather "challenging". Which wasn't at the time particularly surprising given the various revelations about their other activities over the course of the year, which were yet somehow not deemed worthy of concern to Lendy in offering finance in the first place.
The year was 2016. The loan is PBL037. It, and its five related brothers, remain with Lendy. I, on the other hand..

I could be wrong but I think southport was referring to PBL037 rather than this loan.

Well, not a deadline as such, but it looks like the "early next week" hope has been dashed. Best go for a pint then.

Well, not a deadline as such, but it looks like the "early next week" hope has been dashed. Best go for a pint then. Very frustrating. On Friday Lendy said they were "hopeful" that the deal could be completed that day but I have to seriously question whether they were hopeful at all or whether they knew when writing the update that it wasn't going to be resolved anytime soon. Surely if you were hopeful that the deal would be concluded on the same day you must be very close to finalising it. Now here we are by Wednesday and absolutely nothing has happened. Incidentally nobody has invested any money in this loan for 9 days which goes to show how very little confidence Lendy investors have in this loan, which by the updates still seems to be okay (if the updates are accurate it's not a high risk loan).

What's going on with the bonus accrual on this loan? Have they capped it at 1%?
