What's going on with the bonus accrual on this loan? Have they capped it at 1%? I presume it will stay at 1% until the loan is at -93 days (3 months) and then change to 1.5%

Suspect that it will reach -180 days and we will receive nothing, I wonder if Lendy in their Ivory tower realise that no on believes anything they say until this is resolved. The Friday update will have another tasty morsel to give us.
We have had so far.
Christmas, Solicitors,Dog ate the deeds, Borrower was having a holiday in the Maldives , some of these are of course not quiet true but it is up to the Investor to read between the lines. something I picked up from Lendy.

i think LENDY should take this BA out of the game any future repayments are only going to be partial repayment with some more BS from LENDY about MIGHT be enough to pay a little bit of interest but not enough for BA.lendy take their share before we will receive anything.forget about all this IA/BA its all BS we will be lucky to get our capital back in bits and drabs for the next few years [ castle sold for £1.5m lenders return £1.3m] LENDY should show us a breakdown of where that went.

*Crickets* Well, it's only like ten million of our money, far too much of it being mine. C'mon Lendy, this silence is just not on.

Latest update same old **** still no sign of a payment
All parties are working tirelessly to finalise the sale of the freehold (as previously reported), following which a lump sum capital reduction to the loan of approximately £2m will be made, additional security (the Mansion House) will be taken and the loan extended by 6 months. We are disappointed that concluding the legalities of the sale and leaseback is taking much longer than expected, but we continue to press for completion as soon as possible.

Well that's it kicked down the road for another two weeks. Seems they couldn't come up with a newer story and they're sticking with all that working tirelessly blather. I wonder how tirelessly they'll all have to work when DFL004 falls due. Their feedback on that has been far more vague and less positive than DFL005 has ever been.

What is important to note in this update is that Lendy are no longer giving a timescale of repayment, merely "as soon as possible". It sounds to me that Lendy have not got confidence that this partial capital repayment will be completed anytime soon.

It sounds to me that Lendy have not got confidence that this partial capital repayment will be completed anytime soon. Quite, and unless I have just lost track of where it was written down, the current self doubt seems to have stretched as far as removing "...we are confident that the deal will be finalised on or before 9 March 2018." and the subsequent revision to "...Later today or early next week." If in doubt, shred the paper trail.

Instead of pressing for some action or deciding to take over the complex and finally put it on the market, the wonderful Lendy team sends out spam... " Investors, particularly those in DFL005 (The Arboretum), may well be interested in a new development opportunity from Lendy, to fund the next tranche of DFL019 - an exciting holiday village development in beautiful North Yorkshire. " They have lost their minds. I wouldn't call it a spam, it is just a new loan notification e-mail. I suspect that they genuinely believe in this. It made me laugh, I'm one of those in DFL005 waiting for a promised partial repayment. I also have more than enough in DFL019 and not planning to increase it even if they extend the term for another year.
"The borrower ....... has a good reputation and the skills, experience, capacity and expertise to complete successfully this large scale project." - Wasn't DFL019 due to be completed yesterday?

Have I missed something - I was just checking through my loans and I see DFL005 has been suspended - when did this happen? I certainly don't recall getting any emails about it?
