Accrued interest, bonus interest and 20.3% capital now repaid, and SM loan trading resumed.
[And now extended by 6 months (176 days remaining)]

Remember the days when FFF was used to get into a loan?
I've never hit the withdrawal button so quickly in my life ........

Thought the update said the repayment would be sufficient to repay accrued interest.
Edit;. Must mean accrued interest only applicable to the partial repayment!

So now we have had 20% repayment and a 6 month extension am I being naive in thinking this is not too bad an investment to hold ? Has all development been completed so now this is just a bridging loan or yet again am I missing something?

Thought the update said the repayment would be sufficient to repay accrued interest. Edit;. Must mean accrued interest only applicable to the partial repayment! Think you’ll find you’ve been paid all accrued interest and bonus interest, as well as 20.3% of capital. The remainder of DFL005 is now 176 days remaining and paying IOA

Not the case, My Loans still shows substantial sum in accrued interest column.

Am I right in thinking that the usual practice is capital repayment, followed by interest and bonus with the monthly payment run? I wonder why they have done things differently this time?

I don't think it's a bad loan, at least the asset looks decent and it's finished. If it defaults, we won't be waiting for a build out etc.
