I must be missing something very straightforward; looking at the K*** Bridging Loan and cannot locate any drawdown information. Any pointers? This is a new innovation which hasn't been rolled out to all of the loan info pages yet.I think its only on the U****N loan at the moment.I think AC have done this (sensibly) to invite user feedback, which,as above they are starting to receive.Hope this helps.

In Q and A it states
On 23rd Apr 2014 at 09:43 Assetz Capital answered: "We have progressed to legals and are hoping to draw the loan in the next 10-14 days."

Ok, more good feedback. I've asked that the comments are updated at least twice a week. Having got a new credit manager and also looking to beef up the legal team, this should be adhered to. A Some loans have compensation e.g. upton and Yorkshire have some compensation for extended drawdowns. The info is sometimes in original docs or sometimes in Q&As and is easily forgotten resulting in people getting more frustrated and AC staff having to answer questions. Can I suggest that where there is such a deal there is a line in the new table detailing the terms of the compensation e.g. rate and date it starts. I think have this consistently in place next to the drawdown info will help all concerned.

I find the repeated pushing back of drawdown forecasts highly annoying. If AC don't know they should say so. Cumbria has been: "quick", wb 31 March, wb7 April, wb 21 April... and yet again a delay, wb 28 April. I'll never bid immediate cash on a "quick drawdown expected" again. Thank the good Lord AC for shadow privileges, but they fill up when paperwork despite stated improvements takes so many weeks. (Posted before I read that Andrew had p*ss*d off ............ oops.......I mean become p*ss*d off!)

No, its not good news - but If it tells us what the hold ups are surely better than nothing? I take it you are unhappy with waiting? No more than anybody else, my post was made tongue in cheek. Waiting for drawdown is the part of the fun, it's the nature of the beast. If people don't want to wait for drawdown they can go elsewhere where their money is invested immediately or even go on the aftermarket. It just struck me as rather ironic that a thread titled 'Drawdown Updates' didn't in fact have news of any drawdowns completed but instead was about the website being updated to tell us that we were still waiting for drawdowns - good news indeed, indeed!

Good that we all retain our sense of humour - moaning about drawdown dates is getting very monotonous! I'm sure AC are doing whatever within their power to minimise delays, they could perhaps give a few more updates (not expected at weekends or during holiday periods) but we know roughly what to expect and can minimise dead time to some extent.

I just got request to settle my shadow bid for wind turbine "Dear Lender, We are progressing towards draw down on Auction 77. We expect draw down to take place on the 21st April 2014. Please take this email as a notification to settle your shadow-bid(s). With regards, Dominic Riddles" Dominic you might not have noticed but its the 24th. Somebody obviously had a very good easter holiday ... Anyway its great we seem to be moving toward a slew of drawdowns. Yes... Apologies for that confusing typo! Resent the message with the correct date. Aiming for 28th April now.
