These should now be visible within the loan information screens. Certainly the Upton upon Severn bridge loan has this available to view. This should be updated regularly.

We've been waiting rather a long time for some of these loans to drawdown.
We know that we're waiting for them to drawdown.
We're still waiting for them to drawdown.
I'm not really sure how telling us that we're still waiting for them to drawdown qualifies as good news.

Whilst that is true, do you not think it will be better to have the information for future loans in one accessible place rather than having to drill down into the Q&A? It doesn't alter the current batch, but the information is surely welcome moving forward?

I take it you are unhappy with waiting?

Edited - sorry I need to mind my manners
I can live with the waiting as long as I'm kept up to date and there are good reasons.

Just the right metre. We all know now that it can take an age to complete the deals, I'm making a point of enjoying the wait and learn for next time.

These should now be visible within the loan information screens. Certainly the Up*** up** Se**** bridge loan has this available to view. This should be updated regularly. This is a step in the right direction, although I can think of a couple improvements that would be worth considering... - Date the entries on the 'Steps to Drawdown' table. There's an entry for Up*** that says "Legal documents being completed this week with drawdown proposed for this Friday latest." If I know this appeared on the 23rd, I can guess it's referring to 25/Apr. But on many past occasions the dates referred to came and went and the comments weren't updated, so it would be more helpful if it was easy to tell when the comment was made and precisely which Friday it means.
- Gather the drawdown info for all loans into one single place. At the moment I have eight entries in my list of Accepted Bids, and I have to go to eight different pages only to find that seven of those loans have no drawdown info. It would be a lot more useful if the drawdown info for all loans was all together in one place.

Ok, more good feedback.
I've asked that the comments are updated at least twice a week. Having got a new credit manager and also looking to beef up the legal team, this should be adhered to.

I’m not being flippant, critical of AC or it’s personnel, nor am I telling you how to do your job Andrew but in light of the Auction 87 furore shouldn’t beefing up the PR / Customer Contact team, or whatever you want to call it, be a priority? There’s only so much an individual can do and being expected to be “on call” 24/7 /365 is unreasonable therefore with respect I think that recent events show that there needs to be another person with the authority to answer questions in your absence.

Normally Chris is around but with baby 1.0 taking up his time, it just happened at the wrong time for us.

I must be missing something very straightforward; looking at the K*** Bridging Loan and cannot locate any drawdown information.
Any pointers?
