Anyone found details of the SM fees yet? Ts&Cs 6.4 If you are successful in selling a Loan Transaction Part, the sale proceeds will be transferred to your Nominated Account after the deduction of a fee (payable to Peer Funding) of 0.50% of the sale proceeds obtained in respect of that Loan Transaction Part.

I expected this information to be fairly prominent, perhaps on the FAQ, not on page 12 of the 36 page T&Cs.

It may well be, I can't claim to have looked everywhere - apart from anything else I'm sure it'll be very clear when selling something on the SM...when anyone has anything to sell

No mention in former, cant find latter anywhere obvious. Everything says no fees but option to charge later (.5% or 10% on invoices) Already found one bad link and possible typo in FAQ star dust definately worth that invite being sent as site is almost certianly about to embark on the P2PIF shakedown cruise.

We have been had Even more disappointing no reference to a referral scheme Whats the point of being a founder investor if you cant make a little money on the side pimping the site?

Not sure I like this:
'The platform will be made available for Professional Advisers to load borrowing applications from next week. '
How much control will Peer Funding have on the quality of loans?

Where does one click to start opening an account? The only button I can see relates to the early bird offer and just says "Register Now" (which I did weeks ago)

Reply on the ISA
"Hi Queen Elizabeth,
Thank you for joining our site.
Now that we have full authorisation, you're right we are able to launch and ISA and it is in our short term plans.
We are structuring this carefully to ensure we get the right solution for our customers. It is right at the top of our agenda now that we've reached the launch milestone."
I might hold off until they launch the ISA and see what other sites do-assuming they get full authorisation.
