For those not in the know the trial date is now set for after Xmas. Those that need to know will have had an email outlining why.

I also want to add, I am personally involved on this one including another 2 hours with the lawyers yesterday. It is frustrating how the date keeps moving but we are near the end of this phase as the patience of the courts is now being stretched (not by us I might add).
Can't say much more due to the legal case, but I am heavily involved here.
