I see that it doesn't currently merit a separate thread here ---so any views or feedback would be welcome. They have a high Trustpilot rating and apparently some favourable internet reviews .

Taking forever to match a loan for me. Deposited just £1k with them 11 days ago on the 3 year, and still indicating 9 days to go to be matched...I understand if Im not invested by the month-end, I'll fall behind all the reinvestments too, so could be several more days after that before I'm finally loaned out! Not impressed!

Not impressed! It took me a long time to get invested with them too: 48 days in total! However, if you are on track for the cashback it's definitely worth it for that first 1k. They pay it almost instantly and in the terms and conditions it lets you withdraw the £50 straight away. That 9 days is basically meaningless as they use a really simple calculation to make it.

Thanks p2pblog, yeah I'm on track for the cash back. I figured I'd probably take the £20 hit and sell out after 12 months and still clear a relatively safe 7%+. Enjoying reading your blog btw, in fact think I used one of your referrals to open up an account wth Property Moose a couple of weeks ago!

PM is one of my favourites :-) Their terms are just 6 months, but there's a £20 early sell out fee. My plan on this one is just to withdraw the capital/interest repayments over the 3 years.

I have registered with LW, but not yet done anything else. I notice that there is:

When will I need to upload these?

You can ignore this - it's in relation to borrower loan applications but for some reason also appears in the lender member area. The new website should be rolled out in November so you won't see it going forward.

Not for me, they seem a bit innocent It's not often that's said about a financial services firm, even less so it being a drawback

As I think you understood, what I meant was innocent in the sense of not being worldy wise, which is therefore a criticism, but I apologies because I wasn't thnking of you. Guilty as charged m'lud
