How did you find these portals? I'm being dim!!! Thanks. They are listed as "Recoveries Portals" on some of the front pages of the loans. "Private Portal Introduction The purpose of this private portal is to give you confidential updates regarding the recoveries process including any professional negligence or similar claims Lendy is pursuing in order to return repayment shortfalls. As with all legal claims, we have to work within the court timetable, so updates are more likely to be added on an ad hoc basis rather than at regular intervals, depending on the duration of specific claims. We will add updates to this portal as and when there is something meaningful to say rather than repeating what you already know. This information, will in some cases, be confidential and may be legally privileged so should therefore not be disseminated to a wider audience. If information contained on this private portal is published elsewhere, our ability to achieve a successful recovery may be jeopardised."

How did you find these portals? I'm being dim!!! Thanks. If you are in the loan, you should be able to see a link on the loan page above the tabs for overview, particulars etc. If you arent in the loan, you wont see it.
Its a weird kind of Easter Egg hunt where the aim is not to find anything and the winner is the one who finds the least as it means they arent in the bad loans. Ideally you arent even taking part.

I'm not in any of those listed by adrianc here so I can only verify that you can't see anything. Judging by last month's update the full list of loans with private portals this month (for those with access to DDC it's here) should be:
- DFL12, DFL16 & 17 (already in existence), PBL27, 56, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 74, 81, 94, 123, 147, 155, 161, 167, 177/8/9.
Those in blue are the other ones promised but not in adrianc's possession or list . I'm not in a position to confirm whether any of them exist.

Do you know what? I'm not sure I even want to read them.
I know they won't be telling me my money is coming any time soon, and they will bloody-well wind me up no end

I sent a support question today, answer below - from Head of IT.................. ...... 1) Updates will be published by the end of the week 2) Please find that 19 private portals have been launched as secure pages for a plethora of loans 3) We have sent a communication outlining our current banking issues, we should have all issues resolved and interest processed by the end of the week.I have not received any communication from Lendy regarding the banking issues. Has everyone else received this?

I received this:
May 1st, 2019
April Interest Payments
As many of you are already aware, we have experienced a number of issues connected to our banking systems and payment processes.
We have now resolved these issues, are working through the backlog and hope to complete all outstanding requests within the next 48 hours.
Kind regards,
The Lendy Team

My prediction is that no interest will be distributed today (far less any withdrawls processed) and that we will be left to stew over the long weekend. What happens on Tuesday is anyones guess. I'd really like to know where is the FCA supervision and why can't they be proactive in communicating what is going on with a company under their supervision that is clearly failing.

If anything happens today, it is likely to be after close of business. From the inception, lendy has never really appeared eager to hear or engage from its lenders, originally citing words to the effect "if we do not operate a call centre, we are able to offer higher interest rates". Even now that they effectively have to operate at FCA standards for communications, they are clearly still keeping comms to a minimum.

Steady as she goes good ship Ly. No weekend sailing on a school day. Water ski in if you have to. Our hopes are invested in you and all who sail in her. The 1st of the month is the day I don't post any glass-half-empty doom and gloom, no whinging about rubbish updates, no worrying about being stuck with crappy looking loans that I can't shift. The 1st of the month is the day to worship SS and give thanks to the platform Will today, be the day, that the 'interest rate payment run' for the April 2019 loan payments be made? There are still some loans with +ve days left on them, so good luck to all those who MAY be getting some interest paid today. PLEASE would those who still get paid interest, report when that a payment has been made... ALL the interest from my loans is now accruing.

ALL the interest from my loans is now accruing. Yeah! Me too! However, as long as the accruing interest and bonus interest keep rolling up like this every month I'm happy to watch my good fortune amassing so nicely. No doubt it'll come in very handy when they sort out these minor problems they've been having. Time for a frivolously expensive and age inappropriate new car perhaps.

30k total invested / split in 30 loans (almost all in default). So far ZILCH End of April interest received - only communication from Lendy, (just before this holiday weekend). is that they having trouble with the bank! Says everything.

Is it worth checking my account before 17:55 today? My £2.10 Will be very handy once it is withdrawn.

That could depend whether you want bragging rights of being first to spot the interest coming in, or want to re-invest the interest in one of the live loans (where you might be beaten to it on the ones with the shorter sales queues)...
If your sole aim is to withdraw the funds, given that Lendy normally only process withdrawals once per day in the morning, it doesn't make much difference whether you request it the moment that the interest comes in, 18:00 on the day the interest is credited, or 07:00 the following morning, so I'd say it's not worth it.

Is Lendy in breach of 9.4 of its T&C which states that "All repayments and any interest received that is due to you will be paid to your Lendy lender account monthly in arrears."?
