Has any one else had trouble with FS renewing loans when they were not ticked for renewal? It has just happened for a second time. The first time I let it go but e-mailed to ask them to pay more attention and never got a reply. This time I am annoyed as I wasn't able to sell 3 loans on the SM even with a discount.

Perhaps, now we're in the era of multiple sub-parts, you'd ticked some but not others. You can still see what instruction you gave (greyed out) even whilst the loan is in the process of renewing.
