Don't know when this happened or if anyone else has mentioned but all the pictures have vanished off the main page tab headings. What a disaster, I never remember what a loan is by the numbers, sometimes the descriptions, but I'm fine with picture recognition. They are only appearing on the loan page itself now. I even buy loans due to the pretty pictures  . Bring them back savingstream. |

How odd, I logged in on an ipad and found all the pictures had gone from the main lists available/live/pending etc. So logged in on laptop and have exactly the same issue, no pictures under my loans or anywhere apart from on the main loan pages. I'm sure they were all there last night, but it was the first time I'd logged in today. Is it just me? In Edit: Just done a re-start on the laptop, so cache etc would have cleared, and still no pics.

I occasionally notice no pictures, but I simply widen the browser window and 'hey presto' the pictures magically re-appear. You can see this effect easily on the live loans page. Narrow your browser window and the pictures vanish. Widen it and they re-appear.

Yeah could it be a screen resolution issue? Or something like that? I've noticed trouble with formatting sometimes when my browser isn't full screen width.

Yeah looks like they might have made a change. I'm pretty sure I used to get 'very tall, skinny' pictures with a smaller browser window before, and therefore horrible row heights and messed up formatting. Now the pictures just vanish.

You're right. When I boost the Page Zoom (in Chrome) to 125% I still see the pictures, but at 150% the pictures disappear and the tab links become a drop-down menu.

In the old days of the interweb, when everyone was on dial-up and bits of string, I think some people used to disable image viewing in their internet options so as to improve download performance/reduce screen clutter.
The option is still there, and funnily enough when disabled, you don't see the big red box for PBL020 when going through the purchase process .... might explain why some peeps purchased it once it defaulted!! Also it may contribute to the reasoning to move it onto a separate tab

Thanks for all the suggestions. Finally got the pictures back on the laptop when I un-ticked 'zoom text only'. However, I'm still having no luck on the ipad mini, indeed things have got worse as the menu's aren't working properly now either, and I can't get any of the sub-menu's when I'm logged in. Think I'll be giving up it up as a bad job on the ipad soon. As I had not changed any settings on either device I think it might have been one of SS's recent tweaks that's upset everything.
