Because of the moral dimension I was going to suggest that hor arranged audiences with the Pope and the Dalia Lama, the C of E being too much part of the establishment. But perhaps I should not.

Try 1442701959 for starters. Currently 434 days into a 183 day loan with no interest yet paid (at any point) Once again, you are wrong (or try to hide the truth). FS loan 1442701959 was formally defaulted on 20th June 2016 (Formal appointment of LPA receiver and issuance of default notice, both effective from 20th June 2016). So the FS Platform persued its duty in full to maximise returns for lenders, nominating ITS representative to force the sale of the security. And the receiver seems also acting well, as far as I can see, as a sale had been confirmed to cover 100% of what due in the FS loan. @hor1997 Somewhat undermining your adamant certainty, another update has just been added to that loan only today: UPDATE: As already advised we had previously had confirmation that the property had been sold post-auction, with a confirmation from the solicitor that the amount was more than sufficient to cover all amounts owed. Despite ongoing assurances the legal documents required have not been forthcoming. We have therefore reluctantly taken the decision to appoint receivers in this case. This decision was not taken lightly - as a direct sale, if it had been completed, would have guaranteed full recovery in a relatively short period of time. With the appointment of receivers the necessary actions to recover funds have already started.

Should that be Dhalia Llama ? I checked my spelling for that 'h' before the penny dropped - Doh! Yes finger trouble with Dalai. Dhalia might be the daughter of Daley Llama - the legendary Olympic woolly jumper.

Hush, we'd better stop enjoying ourselves with this petty badinage. A certain humourless so-and-so has already reported all 3 posts to the Mods as "Total spam" [sic]. You could demoderate yourself, or encourage moderators to take a robust balanced view. We don't want any spam fights here - could get messy. Agreed. Hor we can all appreciate that you are frustrated with Funding Circle but you need to step back and take a deep breath. There are always going to be differences of opinion. By being rude you undermine your other statements. We can all see that you are annoyed and we feel your frustration though it is not clear what you are hoping to achieve by continuing on restating your grievance. Perhaps it is time for you to call your solicitor should you feel so aggrieved. With respect and good intentions, KT For the last six months or so, Hor has been threatening to contact everyone from his MP to the FCA - Don't put ideas into his head ....

The rights and wrongs of your unique jailing are a subject for this thread which you have started (you could have just stuck to the substance). You complain of FC's forum guardians, and yet you summon the independent forum's guardians. You cannot give it out and not expect it back in some form. Make your points in a reasonable and friendly manner, and others will do the same. FC is not posting here. Much of what you say about FC is what the rest of us are unhappy about.
