They've also done it for property loan 2 as well.

I passed on loan 2, as commercial land with a specific usage seemed potentially harder to sell to me from a very uninformed basis, despite the attractive LTV etc. But glad they are paying out on time etc, even though it is money they already collected from the lenders originally.
