Any updates on this? Does anyone live close? What's happening at the site? Is anything happening? I had a glance at the site today. (I hope it was the right site.) There's an L-shaped trench filled with rubble, which I assume represents ground preparation. Someone with construction experience may be able to explain what the purpose of this is. There were people working on the site, but all that they were doing was ground preparation. (There are no old buildings on the site, but I don't think there were any when they started either.)

Mini tranche just added to DFL007:
Loan increased by £22,575 from £354,581 to £377,156. Lendy quoted LTV from 22% to 23%.

Is it just me that wishes there was some rhyme or reason to whether new tranches get pipelined as such, or just stuffed onto the SM as a small addition? I thought it might have something to do with the absolute size thereof, but it it does I can't figure out what the cut-off value is. Or maybe it depends on how much is already on the SM. Or the wind speed in the channel??

Well it used to be anything under £100k went straight onto the SM, but it's a sign of the times here I think if they feel they have to put a £30k trache of an already small loan into the pre-fund system.

I thought I remembered £100k too .. but that doesn't match what actually happens (of course we have seen 'say A do B' many times before)

A promise to put all tranches greater than £100k on the pipeline is not the same as a promise not to put any tranches less than £100k on the pipeline.

This loan remains very liquid so I have set a prefund of £100. Wonder what we will get? £25?!?

Over subscription is at least more positive than development loans left unfunded. Now this one has kicked off in earnest there will be further tranches to follow.

Got 10% ie £40 of what I bid: joke On a positive note, you didn't have to put £40 or £400 or anything whatsoever into your account to get that allocation. And there was just over £2k of left-overs dumped on the SM which took around five to ten minutes to be devoured (the last five transactions currently on the investor activity at this time).

I'm not knocking my £40. Every little helps. And with about 200 days to run, that will amount to a mighty £2.63 interest if I hold my nerve till term end.
So the tap water's on me at the next P2P Forum party (but remember to bring your own glasses as the budget won't stretch to plastic beakers).
