I have looked at it. However it did not convince me personally. Looking at their fees for exchange there are cheaper solutions. Maybe they are competing on other factors but on price but I'll skip that pitch.

Provided you are prepared to wait one week I have found transfers cost nothing and are at the mid market rate. Used twice so far 1 week trip to France and 5 weeks in Australia.
What I would like to know is how they make their money. Is it the low percentages they charge for immediate exchange ?
Is it the rump that you leave behind on the card? You cannot exchange less than AU$ 10 so I have just transferred in £ 100 in order to transfer back the few AUS$ which were left from my trip.

I simply signed up through a MoneySavingExpert.Com offer. There are percentage fees for immediate and 3 day swaps but zero on 7 day the offer appears to be still available.
