Maybe should have left post in, thread makes no sense now! (or request thread delete?)

Sorry, don't know how (or who) to request thread delete, but my original request was to Gordon, to add the year of m/f on the cars listed today, which Gordon kindly did in a matter of mins...

Hi @magenta14,
We have a legally binding agreement with this borrower which includes a personal guarantee.
As for vehicles being stolen etc, this is an established vehicle dealership, which is fully insured.
Many thanks,
Gordon

Hi hoy, The Buy Back is for the loan amount, in this case £77,500 which is 69.82% LTV of the retail value of £111,000. Thanks, Gordon

collateral , hi Gordon, there's always going to be a niggling thought that cars can be driven or be moved quite easily especially when there's someone behind the wheel, gas in the tank and said occupant has the key or can 'hot wire'... a] How does the security package fit together? Please could you set out details? b] Are these vehicles fitted with 'Trackers'? Thanks for helping out. Best regards. littonowl , if Gordon is planning to introduce further grouped vehicle loans to us then this wee thread of yours will definately come into it's own, as you'll see from my questions above multiple vehicles held on Dealership forecourts are far more vulnerable to thievery than those held in secure storage so for the sake of 'proper job' foundation building for the future I reckon these little details need clarification, would you agree? Best regards. Hi @magenta14 Yeah, it'd be nice to get some clarification on this. Gordon, I presume you have some sort of general insurance arrangement against theft of vehicles (especially if held on dealership forecourts)? Edit: Thanks Gordon, our posts just crossed!

Hi @magenta14 ,
Thanks for your comments and I understand as and when we bring new types of loan's, it's not going to be for everyone.
We are being approached with all sorts of loans, along with building on our jewellery, watch and rare coin partnerships. As and when these type of new asset class loans are presented to us we make a decision based on exit strategy and whether we are confident the loan stacks up for our investors and the Collateral platform.
We're looking forward to see how tomorrows loan is received along with others we are processing.
Many thanks,
Gordon
