Good job you put the asterisks in the town name. We wouldn't want anyone guessing the true identity of T******** Wells

It could have been a right royal mess-up.

Has this been lurking in the pipeline for ages? Or did it go away and come back again?
Anyway, it's a long-leasehold restaurant above shops (shops not included), with a couple of flats thrown in for good measure. The restaurant is run by the borrower, and is heavily tied in with their farm in C***b*****h - a location that's been quite popular on SS lately. I wonder if that's a coincidence, or if the borrowers are linked...? Anyway, TripAdvisor suggests the restaurant's very nice, but it doesn't look cheap. Par for the location, I guess. Five star food hygiene, so no repeat of our friend A****o over at LC, we hope...
Flat one is the restaurant manager's tied accommodation. Flat two is two-bed and separate - I can't see if that's tenanted or not, so presume not. Recently refurbished. Flat three is a studio "understood to be in need of repair and refurbishment".
Bought in 2015 for £425k, refurbished since - and previously marketed as a dev plot for £700k.

So the same as 24/51/52/53 - all of which were for significantly more, and have all repaid cheerfully.

I'm going to stick my neck out and predict a maximum allocation of £170. I would have suggested less, but ISTM that there'll be competition for investors' money from PBL142.

I got 2 emails about this, first around dinner time and second about 6pm. When they give 24hr notice, is it 24hrs or just some point on the date stated (if all goes according to plan)

I also got 2 emails, but noticed that PBL142 had been assigned on the pipeline page. So I replied the email asking if they made a mistake and mean't 142 rather than 141. Minutes later another email arrived stating that 142 goes live tomorrow. So, I think the second 141 notification was simply a mistake and should have referred to 142.
