I've heard from someone that the loans listed earlier were cancellations because funds were not received in time. Is it usual for Lendy to cancel loan parts one working day after the loan is issued ? For a go-live on Friday, I wouldn't historically expect them to take action if the account was balanced by (say) first thing tomorrow morning (Tuesday). Serial offenders might not get such lenient treatment. Or perhaps LY just want all the funds really urgently and know the SM will provide instant gratification.

Unsettled accounts doesn't seem a very likely possibility to me. I received my allocation notice at 1330 today. The email included the usual request for bank transfers to be made within 24 hours. Surely Lendy wouldn't cancel allocations to people just because they haven't settled up within five hours, would they?
Not that I have any better explanation to give. I wondered whether people might have been surprised by the size of their allocations and asked Lendy to relieve them of some of their obligation, but having £169k of that seems unlikely to me, especially nowadays when there's no point in pre-funding for more than you actually want to receive. Lendy haven't announced that they're going to deal with the cashback the same way they dealt with the PBL142 Bonus Accruals, have they? (You know, publish on their website that investors will receive a reward for investing, and then explain later why they've decided not to pay it after all.) DFL030 went live on Friday, are we talking about the same loan? fp : Yes. But I've had a senior moment and confused today's DFL005 allocation with Friday's DFL030 allocation. Sorry 'bout that!

Sorry if I'm being dumb, but how would that affect DFL 30, a multimillion development in Manchester? IF Lendy fails or lenders dessert Lendy(check DFl004vs DL030 no. of investors), the borrower won't have access to funding to complete the project and you could end with a partially finished development which is worth a lot less than the loan. All big if's of course and a lot of scenarios could play out. One of those scenarios is of course that, after the recent J** and Christchurch redemptions, Wolverhampton & the 2 large Liverpudlian dfl's follow suit and even allowing for withdrawals Ly have more than enough to fund another prestigious development. Even Arboretum suggests CB could swing it. We do now need to see what happens with some of the defaults but greed may yet pull the wool over the eyes of the sheople.

Unfortunately I had to come sheepishly back to spread my load after getting by far my biggest default on MT pastures!

I have been guilty in the past, lored by high rates and upto 4% cashback, but in the end I got burnt. Caution advised.

NOTE: The message below started life as the beginning of a "Where's the DFL030?" thread
I can't find one. And the predecessor PBL142 thread hasn't had a comment for months.
Can someone post a link for me, please?
What I'm specifically looking for is the result for the first tranche issued after DFL030 was created. It was for £313k, but what was the maximum allocation?

It's still under the PBL142 banner.

I don't think there was a separate thread for DFL30, but I have merged the thread containing the four posts above with the PBL142 thread and renamed it.

With T2 being about half the size of T1, I guess that means we can expect the maximum T2 allocation to be around £200.

A planning application for discharge of conditions was partially approved/partially refused on 11th Jan 2018. The planning condition discharges refused are conditions 4 (Drainage - no flood risk assesement), 13 (Acoustic insulation) and 17 (Archaeology).
See the decision notice for further details. Links to the planning applications are on DD Central.

How come there is currently a massive lack of interest in this loan ? A 12% loan with about 340 days to run, and yet there has been about 150k of availability all weekend ? That's pretty much unheard of around these parts is it not ?
OK, I understand that there will have been withdrawals to fund DFL033 , but even so ? Is the fact that Lendy's accounts are so overdue starting to spook lenders ? Or are there specific concerns regarding DFL030 ? Mmmm ...

I think you may find that this loan will become flavour of the month again once another (Any other!) loan pays back. At the moment, people were getting funds available for the new DFL as you mentioned.
It could also be the fact that more people are withdrawing their money too, but I think it is more to do with the fact that people are at their limit with Lendy until some PBL's/DFL's start to pay back.

Not long ago there was 400k+ available on DFL012! People see a big sales queue and pile in - I'm going to be buying up as much as I can :-)
