I guess people start to show preference to PBL over DFL ...
The Victoria loan must have been refinanced elsewhere as it was no way anywhere close to finishing the build.

I imagine Lendy thought a few loans would be refinanced elsewhere before completion. I wonder whether Lendy are concerned enough about some of the apparent incorrect valuations on projects to instruct more on other loans to reassure themselves - in particular on the large DFLs. It would be a wise move in my opinion.

ps. I wasn’t in this one having sold out earlier, but great news for investors being repaid in full.

It is too late for those large loans to revise GDV, we all know it’s wrong figure but no one know what the right figures are.
I am just avoiding big loans, 15m, 20m, even 33m for one of the loans as GDV. In market slowdown, how could anyone know what’s to happen to these 33m GDV figure.
On the other hand sub 1m small PBL has so much more certainty to value.

All lenders are over 18, investing their own money. Why shouldn't incentives be offered? If lenders over expose themselves, that's their own fault/Risk. All lenders are over 18, investing their own money. Why shouldn't incentives be offered? If lenders over expose themselves, that's their own fault/Risk. Exactly. They shouldn’t be investing at all if they need such hand holding Apologies. Maybe I wasn't specific / clear enough. I'm not against investors self-selecting - to an excessive (overweight / overexposed) degree on any single loan / platform should they so wish. As you say - that is entirely up to the individual. It was specifically the " to tempt people to invest more and "undiversify"" aspect I had issue with. No company should be encouraging investors to do something which it fundamentally warns against as part of its' risk management 'advice'. (Not that they are giving advice, of course )
