We are working closely with the Borrower on this in light of their recent bankruptcy order, and supervising them heavily. The properties being sold to achieve repayment of the loan and we have been informed that the anticipated completion date is 29 September. Completion is subject to completion of due diligence being undertaken so completion may not happen tomorrowand this is largely out of our hands. We will keep you updated.
However, in last night's SM frenzy I got rid of all mine"
So, we're now 3 weeks past the anticipated completion date. Unless I've missed a more recent update (?), what's the latest on these savingstream ? Also, out of interest, which part of the properties are being sold? Or is it a job-lot?
